🍫 Ingredients

  • Prepare the Pan Line a standard loaf pan with plastic wrap, leaving some overhang on the sides. This ensures you can easily lift the fudge out once it has set.

  • Melt and Mix Gently melt your chocolate (using a microwave or double boiler). Stir in the tahini and a pinch of salt, mixing continuously until the texture is silky smooth and fully combined.

  • Set the Mixture Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and level the surface with a spatula. Place it in the freezer for at least 3 hours, or until it is firm and fully set.

  • Cut and Coat Lift the fudge out of the pan and peel off the plastic wrap. Using a sharp knife, cut the block into bite-sized cubes. Toss each cube in high-quality cocoa powder until evenly coated.

• A pinch of salt (optional)
