Prepare the Pan Line a standard loaf pan with plastic wrap, leaving some overhang on the sides. This ensures you can easily lift the fudge out once it has set.
Melt and Mix Gently melt your chocolate (using a microwave or double boiler). Stir in the tahini and a pinch of salt, mixing continuously until the texture is silky smooth and fully combined.
Set the Mixture Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and level the surface with a spatula. Place it in the freezer for at least 3 hours, or until it is firm and fully set.
Cut and Coat Lift the fudge out of the pan and peel off the plastic wrap. Using a sharp knife, cut the block into bite-sized cubes. Toss each cube in high-quality cocoa powder until evenly coated.
